Invite
Once you’ve assembled your team and planned your Alpha, it’s time to begin inviting guests. Start by encouraging everyone in your congregation to think of three people they would invite. Think of people you are already in relationship with – people who have relocated, have a new job, empty nesters, challenging financial or personal situations. People are often open to new things during seasons of transition.
Training
As you begin scheduling the launch of your Alpha, consider joining with churches from across your area to attend a training event. In addition to receiving detailed training, it’s an opportunity for you to connect with leaders who are also running an Alpha.
Alpha South Carolina offers this to you free of charge!
One Day training event – 9am-3pm on a Saturday. Locations and dates to be determined. Lunch included.
